Description
Crown Field is a football stadium located in Keynsham, the UK. It is the home of Keynsham Town, a semi-professional football club. The club moved to their current ground in 1945 because due to war they could not use their previous stadium. In the 1970s, a new clubhouse was constructed, and in 1984, new dressing rooms were built. In five years floodlights were installed.
Keynsham Town were able to purchase the ground thanks to K. Dowling and R. Neal. Thanks to the deal, several generations of the local football club in the town of Keynsham could enjoy playing football games at the Crown Field.
Over the last several years, the stadium has been significantly upgraded. The covered hand has been equipped with more seats. In 1996, the ground underwent the installation of new drains.
