Description

Old style ground,’the shed’ stand runs down one wing of the pitch covered stand all standing, the north stand or the away end bottom half standing top half seated, press stand down the other wing of the ground all seated on top of the stand is v.i.p boxes, television gantry and coaches area.and behind the posts is the willows club a variety centre with basic standing in front of it.

Pubs: church hall, the weaste, weaste and seedley con club and the willows tavern which is behind the posts.

Away fans: the north stand or the away end bottom half standing top half seated,

Refreshments: four food and drinks vans beer stalls and sometimesice cream vans.

Program and fanzine prices: £2 the official programme, scarlet turkey the fanzine is £1.

Admission prices: adults – £18, conscessions – £8.

How to get to

From east or west Take the M602 towards Salford from junction 12 of the M60/M62. At first Junction take first exit, A576 and bear left towards Pendleton. Turn right at traffic lights into Weaste Lane (B5228) (signposted Salford RLFC). Match car parking is available in All Hallows School on the right hand side, the Church Hall on the corner of Chandos Road and the Metrolink Park & Ride at Ladywell tram stop. Some on-street parking is available in the area. Due to problems in 2005 we recommend that you park in serviced car parks (particularly if displaying team colors in the vehicle) and certainly don’t block people houses/drives. Coaches park on Willows Road – facing the Variety Centre – the parking restrictions are relaxed during games. From Manchester A6 from city centre, follow signs for Pendleton up slip road to Roundabout. Cross roundabout, signposted Eccles onto A576. Turn left into Weaste Lane as above.
