|Palo Seco, Trinidad and Tobago
It is a medium stadium located in the town of Palo Seco, the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Although it can be used for different kinds of sports, it is mainly used for football games. It used to be the permanent home ground of United Petrotrin, a former member of the Professional League of Trinidad that was founded in 1992 and stopped its existence in 2009.
The stadium was constructed nearly forty years ago. The total capacity of the stadium is approximately 10,000 people. There is a range of other sporting events that regularly take place at the stadium, including cycling, high jump, long jump, and many others. There is the official Facebook account of the stadium, which does provide some information about the stadium, but it is also used by the users for publishing posts on topics and events not related to the stadium or its tenants.
There is the track around the pitch, which is suitable for both running and cycling. Ones of the major cycling competitions that took place at Palo Seco Velodrome were Palo Seco Games that were held in 2009. The stadium is also suitable for family days, concerts and other non-sportive events. It has not been renovated for several years.
