The Shay Stadium is a sports stadium located in Halifax, the UK. The ground is shared by both Halifax Town F.C. and Halifax R.L.C. It was constructed in 1911. The stadium belongs to Calderdale Metropolitan Council, and currently, it is leased by the Shay Stadium Trust, which allows using the ground as a stadium.

There are four stands, including the East Stand, the North Stand, the Skircoat Stand, and the South Stand. The South and North stands were constructed in the middle 1990s. The oldest stadium at the ground is the Skircoat Stand.

There are new shops at The East Stand that are used by the local rugby and football teams. New away and home changing rooms have also been added. Also, there are new physio room and a range of food and beverage kiosks available for fans.

The East Stand features conference facilities and car park. There are eleven different function rooms, and it is possible to find an ideal option for different types of events. Although no official announcement has been made, there are rumors about installing a new west stand instead of Skircoat Stand.
